 Who is Like You Lord?

 

Micah 7:18-20 ¹⁸ Who is a God like You, Pardoning iniquity And passing over the transgression of the remnant of His heritage? He does not retain His anger forever, Because He delights in mercy. ¹⁹ He will again have compassion on us, And will subdue our iniquities. You will cast all our sins Into the depths of the sea.²⁰ You will give truth to Jacob And mercy to Abraham, Which You have sworn to our fathers From days of old.

 

Exodus 15:11-19 ¹¹ “Who is like You, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like You, glorious in holiness, Fearful in praises, doing wonders? ¹² You stretched out Your right hand; The earth swallowed them. ¹³ You in Your mercy have led forth The people whom You have redeemed; You have guided them in Your strength To Your holy habitation. ¹⁴ “The people will hear and be afraid; Sorrow will take hold of the inhabitants of Philistia. ¹⁵ Then the chiefs of Edom will be dismayed; The mighty men of Moab, Trembling will take hold of them; All the inhabitants of Canaan will melt away. ¹⁶ Fear and dread will fall on them; By the greatness of Your arm They will be as still as a stone, Till Your people pass over, O Lord, Till the people pass over Whom You have purchased. ¹⁷ You will bring them in and plant them In the mountain of Your inheritance, In the place, O Lord, which You have made For Your own dwelling, The sanctuary, O Lord, which Your hands have established. ¹⁸ “The Lord shall reign forever and ever.” ¹⁹ For the horses of Pharaoh went with his chariots and his horsemen into the sea, and the Lord brought back the waters of the sea upon them. But the children of Israel went on dry land in the midst of the sea.

 

2 Samuel 7:22 ²² Therefore You are great, O Lord God. For there is none like You, nor is there any God besides You, according to all that we have heard with our ears.

 

1 Kings 8:22-24 ²² Then Solomon stood before the altar of the Lord in the presence of all the assembly of Israel, and spread out his hands toward heaven; ²³ and he said: “Lord God of Israel, there is no God in heaven above or on earth below like You, who keep Your covenant and mercy with Your servants who walk before You with all their hearts. ²⁴ You have kept what You promised Your servant David my father; You have both spoken with Your mouth and fulfilled it with Your hand, as it is this day.

 

Psalm 35:10 ¹⁰ All my bones shall say, “Lord, who is like You, Delivering the poor from him who is too strong for him, Yes, the poor and the needy from him who plunders him?”

 

Psalm 71:19-21 ¹⁹ Also Your righteousness, O God, is very high, You who have done great things;
O God, who is like You? ²⁰ You, who have shown me great and severe troubles, Shall revive me again, And bring me up again from the depths of the earth. ²¹ You shall increase my greatness,
And comfort me on every side.

 

Psalm 113:5-9 ⁵ Who is like the Lord our God, Who dwells on high, ⁶ Who humbles Himself to behold The things that are in the heavens and in the earth? ⁷ He raises the poor out of the dust,
And lifts the needy out of the ash heap, ⁸ That He may seat him with princes— With the princes of His people. ⁹ He grants the barren woman a home, Like a joyful mother of children. Praise the Lord!
